Hi,
I'm new to this forum, am from Harrogate and have a ten week old baby boy. Does anyone out there live in Harrogate? Can anyone come to the meet in Leeds? I would love to, if possible!

bettythebuilder · 28/06/2007 22:51

Theres a yorkshire meet up at roundhay Park in Leeds being organised- is that nearer to you?

pigleto · 28/06/2007 22:56

I live in Harrogate. I've never been brave enough for a meetup, I like my anonymity .

bettythebuilder · 28/06/2007 23:08

anonimity, smanonimity...you know you want to...

Professorfilthymindedvixen · 29/06/2007 09:13

pigleto - come to a meet-up and say you're cod...

Professorfilthymindedvixen · 29/06/2007 09:37

novocane, are you going to come to the meet-up?

notsogummyanymore · 29/06/2007 13:59

Gateau, we moved because of dh's job transfer to manchester. Nothing sinister. We moved 4 months ago.

Gateau · 29/06/2007 21:11

HI all,
Thanks for replying. 'Look forward to seeing you all at Roundhay Park, after which we can hopefully meet up in the lovely Harrogate..
I live in Devonshire Place, Novocane, and notsogummy, forgive me for sounding nosey. I know I ask lots of questions which some may find a little probing. They are not meant to be, it's just my nature. It's the journalist in me!!

Oh yes, there are a fair few of us in Harrogate. I'm sure a summer meetup would be possible

YP - well not xactly trying to 'outdo' DrNo, just seeing if her theory worked. It does! Plus I'm loving being afddressed on threads as Prof rather than Filthy
I need to get rid of it, just keep forgetting...
Gateau, do you work for the local rag? Or...? (I'm nosey too )

Saturn74 · 30/06/2007 11:25

I'm in the area.
Prof - you'll always be 'filthy' to me!
(Actually, that sounds really odd.

Gateau · 30/06/2007 12:14

No Prof, I work(ed) for a media company in Leeds - and not sure if I'm going back or not after mat leave!!

Professorfilthymindedvixen · 30/06/2007 12:15

so are you going to bite the bullet and come to the Roundhay meet-up, Humph? (please do, we need more bigger boys so mine don't appear as complete hoodlums compared to all the lovely, pliant, little toddlers and babies !)

Professorfilthymindedvixen · 30/06/2007 12:15

ah, just wondered if we 'knew' each other....(she says tantlisingly )

Professorfilthymindedvixen · 30/06/2007 12:16

(I never went back to it all, after No2)
I now work for charidee sector.

notsogummyanymore · 01/07/2007 11:54

gateau you're not nosey.
