I'm moving to Oxfordshire with my husband, 2 year old and 2 weeks old in late November and would like to meet other mums for coffees or play dates.

Hi OP! Someone started a thread a few days ago, also hoping to meet other Oxford mums. Her kids are a bit older, but it might be worth getting in touch.

I know that you said Oxfordshire, not Oxford, so it might not work for you. Can you give an idea of what part of Oxfordshire you will be in?

Moving to Goring and Streatley.

Lucky you! I don't live there now but I used to. I moved there alone and made friends easily - there is loads going on in Goring - great community. I didn't have children when I was there but I'm sure there will be various groups to join. It's so friendly and so beautiful!

Thank you. Hopefully someone is able to give some details on where to look for a mother's group in Goring.
