Anyone in Bromley, or Beckenham Area?

Hi,

I am 37 and have a 10 month old son. Does anyone want to meet up in the Bromley area for chat and coffee?

I go to the nct Bromley sometimes but would go to beckenham or other nearish areas.

The creche at the pavillion is fab!

Would like to meet others for taking babies swimming as well maybe?

I live quite near Bromley (in Hayes) and have a 15 month old daughter. Would love to meet for a cuppa and a chat. Are you free at all next week ...maybe Mon or Weds afternoons about 3ish? Hayes,Bromley or West Wickham are all good for me. Let me know what's easiest for you.

Hello again!

How about next Monday (25th)? Would you be able to make about 10/1030? I don't know Abbaye but I do know Joes kitchen and I am told they have a childrens play area. Is this ok for you?

Dh is trying to get the car booked in for a service this week or next week so hopefuly it won't be Monday. If this date suits you I'll let you know as soon as I can!

I've given up asking DH to ring the garage and book the car in for a service so I'll do it myself and make sure I'm free on Monday.
If we all check this thread first thing Mon morning just incase of any overnight disasters ...otherwise see you both there!
By the way - Me: 35, 5'6. with an auburn bob. DD: 15months old, blonde and very loud!

Hope you'll make Friday - it's the Hayes Free Church Hall, Pickhurst Lane. The church is at the junction with Courtlands Rd where there is lots of parking. It runs from 2-4pm. Hope to see you there!

LaBoheme, sorry you missed us. We haven't yet planned another meet but Chattabox was planning to come to the playgroup on Friday (see below). Can you make that? It's quite good, only costs £1 which includes a cuppa and a biccie and the kids can run riot fot 2 hours. If not maybe we can arrange a meet for next week - hopefully better weather?!

Sorry didn't make playgroup. Had person coming to buy campervan that we had advertised for 3 weeks.

That sounds a great idea. I was thinking of trying the sproggs playgroup in the Glades one morning - apparently they have an under 2's group each day(?). I'll give them a ring - do you fancy that?

Hello! Can I join your gang!? I live in Bromley and have a DS1 3.5 and DS2 3 months, and would love to meet up with other mums when DS1 is in nursery.

Does anyone else have a Summer Tiger Pass for Gambado? I went last Wednesday lunchtime and could count on my fingers the amount of people in there which is astounding!!!

Would love to meet up in Bromley sometime.....

Hi Tootiepegs and Youpeskykids,
The sprogs thing sounds good. I went to Adventure Kingdon on Sunday for about 1/2 hr.
It was pretty shoddy really and not much for under 4's. But looked great fun for the older kids.
I have heard Gambados is better but sounds like there was nobody there YoupeskyKids?

Let me know what day you want to try out the Sprogs.

Hi there. Although pricey I do love Gambado, much larger and cleaner than other places I've been to. Buzzone at Orpington isn't bad, cheaper and smaller.

Adventure Kingdom always smells of sweaty feet and never struck me as being particularly clean!!!

Am happy to go wherever!

And yes, when I went last Weds to Gambado there was hardly anyone there - it was BLISS!
