Hello lovely yummy mummies/mummies to be.
My name is Natalie, I am a midwife and personal trainer. It is my passionate to help, support and promote health and fitness and all things to support woman during and after their pregnancy.
I am based in Essex and provide Mum and Baby fitness classes which are low impact exercises where baby is used as your weight. It is a great workout - you will not feel like you are exercising, I promise. Not forgetting, its a great opportunity to bond with your baby.
Classes are every friday at 13:30 - 14:30 in Springfield park baptish church. New classes starting in Maldon from Friday 13th 11:00 - 12:00 in a brand new studio.
I also provide one to one personal training sessions (Home or Gym based) this is both pre and postnatally. With my skills I also offer breastfeeding support and antenatal education.
Finally for all you lovelies that want to get active but can not afford classes/PT session I offer online coaching and nutritional guidance nationwide.
