The reason is, a bag which was stolen was dumped in my front garden. I've looked through the bad for clues of who it belongs to and have found the owners name and address but its a bit far for me to return.

If I don't have any luck, I might just take it to the local police station or even post a letter to let her know I have found it.

Hope you don't mind me saying but I would just suggest you take it to the police station...and leave it to them to contact the owner.

Thats what I intend to do tomorrow, just thought I would try here first. MN seems to have people all over the place so you never know! I'm just trying to reunite the bag with its owner.
