Brockhole, Tues 17 August

OK, who's up for this? MS? Chatee? Janh? Yamamoto? Anyone else?

Assuming fine weather (?!), we (dh, me, ds1 and ds2) are planning to be there from mid-morning
(say 10.30) with a picnic.

Is anyone else going to be there?

PS MS ideally doesn't want the previous thread bumping.

shame about ms but i'm still up for it, how long does it take to get to Brockhole from Carlisle??
and does anyone have a set of directions??

chatee, if you go to AA routeplanner you can put Carlisle - Brockhole in and it will give you written directions and a map!

(I did this the other night but DH has moved out printer and it wasn't connected or something, had forgotten all about it so thanks for reminding me!)

it will take about an hour travelling, we can only set off at 10.30am sorry but if you all meet up before me i have a mobile number so if someone could give me theirs then we could find you all easy enough.....think i have persuaded dh to come

well forecast is showers - most unusual for the Lakes! - maybe we'll get lucky. Looking forward to meeting everybody!
