Hi we moved here in October 17 but I haven’t really made any new friends , everyone seems to know each other and I find it’s so much harder to meet friends with having children that are older ( 14, 12 and 9) who don’t require you to hang around the school playground.
Husband’s work isn’t local so can’t make friends this way and as I’m currently not working ( I am looking!) this also doesn’t help.
We’ve moved around a lot as well as living abroad but have found this the hardest move yet with regards to meeting people , so if any one is in the same boat and fancies meeting up for a coffee etc let me know! 😊
