Hi there - as littlelapin has pointed out, it is only 3 weeks until the sponsored walk, so we need to print off our sponsor forms and get some signatures.

Apart from that, I don't think there's is alot more to say other than whatare we doing afterwards? Picnic on the beach, weather permitting and a game of rounders? Any suggestions? Do we all want to bring our own picnic? It probably would be easier.

What shall we do about the pink champagne afterwards? We could get pink lemonade for the children.

do people want to carry a pink balloon each on the walk. I don't mind getting some as long as someone (lifeguards perhaps) can help me blow them up.

I think pink balloons will be lovely. We can tie some on the railings on the prom so people can find us too. DH and I (and anyone else around at the unit) will help blow them up.

I'd vote for a picnic on the beach, bring your own. If it's not that nice we can go in the unit to eat, and maybe finish off at the Neptune for a drink. There's a play area there too for the littlies. But of course it's going to be lovely.

Rounders sounds great. We could get some boards out if people were inclined to get in the sea(but it'll be freezing). We've got a volleyball net and ball too.

Pink champagne/lemonade would be good. Are we allowed to release a helium baloon?

I don't know Surfer, I suppose 1 might be ok? What do the rest of you think? I SAID, WHAT DO THE REST OF YOU THINK..........

If the weather is good I will get a pink felt tip and draw on a white wrap for him... he can have a pink ballon on his bum, and just wear nappy and t-shirt.

Sounds good to me . I've ordered my t-shirt to wear and a bag to carry the picnic. Mmm,maybe I should have ordered several,the amount my children eat .

I can't afford to buy the official things... my contribution is with the sponsorship and hopefully buying "Flame"

I only bought the t-shirt & bag because I get uncomfortable asking for/collecting sponsorship but I wanted to contribute in some way. I expect Whoops has collared the family already too

lol. 12th May 11am or earlier if you can. Boscombe lifeguard unit 200yds east of the pier. Bring your own picnic . Pink clothing optional.
