This is mabye a daft question, but this is for all of you who have actually met up in real life for a night out, rather than just over the net: were you surprised by the appearance of the people you met??
I ask this because, as I was contributing to one thread or another yesterday, it struck me that I had 'imagined' how certain people would look!! Its a bit like in a book, where you imagine the characters, then, if the book is made into a film, they invariably 'get it wrong' !! You know what I mean - The bloke has short blond hair and you imagined him to be dark, the woman is slim and has a Scottish accent but you imagined her as plumpish and Welsh!!
Were you all as you imagined each other to be when you have actually met up? For the record, I imagine Wicked Water Witch as dark and 'mysterious' looking, a bit like a Cathy in Wuthering Heights; Rhubarb as very slim and sophisticated and Mopsy a bit like Renee Zellwegger (sp?) in Bridgit Jones!!!
Also for the record, I do not really look like an oxocube, although I am rather food obsessed
