are we meeting this friday? might take DD out of nursery eraly and bring her down, DH is out on the towm friday night so we will be home alone all evening and an afternoon running round with other children might just wear her out enough!!

will be in the Lakes this weekend, so I can't make it.

I must tell you dd's news. She started at a nursery for a half day this morning, (to give grandma a break). She loved it! She insisted on ringing me this afternoon from Grandma's to tell me all about 'school'. I was frightened that she would be upset, but apart from not eating lunch (fishcakes, she hates fish) she was fine!

It was my DD's last day at her nursery today

I am up for meeting this weekend with whoever an make it. Can always do another date later too.

We will be in!

I can do Friday 23rd, but not the Friday after (30th). As this is in the school holiday's though I am around most days though.

Would be great to have one before I go on holiday on August 12th.

Dates I can do between now and then:

Monday 19th July - going to Sundown
Friday 30th July - in London
Thursday 5th August - have Mn meet in Derby

28th july - Kit booked but could rearrange

I would like to try and makw this one. I have been having a really bad time recently and just been told by my GP I have PND and have probably had for a few months. NOw DH tells me he had noticed a few months back I was not right and that I had changed attitude towards DS2, typical of him to tell me now, he does say however that he mentioned it at the time but i did tend to bite his head off. ANyway I was told that getting out and about more and socialising with other people also helps, which I have been really crap at recently as I could not be bothered with the effort of going out anywhere, I am also a little shy at first until I know people so genereally meeting new people is awkward at first. Seen as I still don't work (unfortunatley (spelling?)) I am available pretty much any day.

Where or what is Zooby, is this some MN form of masons secret society, I like it The Sheffield Zoobies, sounds fun. I am off now to do some house work YAwn Yawn but it needs done and this is the only sleeps DS2 has until 7pm tonight when he goes to bed, he may have half hour in afternoon if I am lucky. BYe for now

Hi summermum. You'd be more than welcome to join us anytime. We are all pretty normal and just like to meet up, kids in tow, for lunch and a drink.

Zoobys is the coffee and sandwich stall/shop inside the Wimter Gardens in the centre of Sheffield. It does fantastic sandwiches. My fave is the roasted vegetable and houmous one

I have one DD, aged 2y 3m.

We also has a picnic meet, with partners, this weekend and hope to do that again. We went to Graves Park.

wish I had known about picnic meet in graves park as that is five mins away. Also I was on my own most of weekend as older son, who plays inline hockey (like American Ice hockey except on inline skates)had the under 12 hockey nationals all weekend in Rotherham so he and DH spent most of weekend there. Not sure my DH would come along though.

Summermum - when I am vaguely involved weather always seems to be a bit dodgy!!!
