hi all, I am ex Chatham and Gillingham. I now live in Essex but it makes me quite nostalgic for the old place when I see these place names.

I might pop down this weekend if HMS Chatham is in. I used to work in one of the offices in the dockyard so I might get a trip down memory lane and some men in uniform all in one go, you can say fairer than that.

Bugger, just realised that was last weekend. Typical.

LOL, when I worked there and the ships came in they often used to throw parties and open the invite to women working in that area. The invites were always very specific - female, 20-30 in age etc. Never went myself, seemed a bit dodgy
