yay mums at last we have contact.Im in north staffs.Sagger i thought you were by your name iyswim.Im just trying to find out whats available to me and my 11 week old ds,we went to baby massage on monday and that was good,some one mentioned something called rhythem time and things like that,ive asked my hv and they directed me to the local playgroups.
I do know telford and stafford and lichfield though as well, as i used to rep there for over 3 years.It would be good though to tslk to some mums that are in my district so thanks for replying

Steward yes i know rugely its about half hour a way,what sort of baby things go on in your community then?

I do take my dd to a mother and toddler gtoup on a monday morning. I knoe there are other groups as well. Believe there is one in Bereton, Rugeley. The library does a bounce and rhyme on a monday morning as well.

I have also done some course through a company called WEA based at a Social Club in Rugley. They will even provide a creche for most of the courses providing there is enouth children to use it. My dd has gone in there a few times and loves it and I get to do a course for 3 hours a week, which gives me something to do other then looking after children.

Debbs - yes went back to work when dd 3 months, not ideal but there you go, dp is sahd

Debbsy, I used to take my dd to Rhythm Time, we really enjoyed it but when she got older work and nap times clashed.

We used to go to the one in Wolstanton.

I now take my son to Tumbletots which is also great, I go to the one in Meir but there is also one in Clayton or Endon.
