Hi I live in east oxford. I have a dd of 6 weeks. This is the first time I have been on here - are there many Oxford people on here? It's just I've been working outside the area and don't know many people around Oxford. Would love to make some new friends.

RanToTheHills · 28/03/2007 18:48

Galatina · 29/03/2007 17:47

Do you know of many groups (mother & toddler anything really) in Oxford. The only thing is as my dd is only 6 weeks, I don't know whether she'd be too young for most things. Lizzy. .

tinkerbellhadpiles · 29/03/2007 22:14

You should ask your Health Visitor. Mine organised a postnatal group for mums with 2 and 3 month olds. Or the local childrens information service (again your HV can give you the number).

used2bthin · 12/04/2007 21:54

Hi, I am in Didcot but just moved here from Littlemore. DD is 6months bbut I also used to be a nanny innorth oxford so know a bit about the groups. St andrews church (on linton rd off banbury rd)does a lovely baby group on tues mornings then a baby and toddler one on weds. The tues one is particularly nice for small babies. Also pheonix cinema does a session on wed mornings where u can watch a film with your baby. But if u phone oxford childrens information service 08452262626 they will send a book with details of local groups. Hope this helps !
