Looking at moving to Winchester due to new job and wondered if there are any areas we should avoid and any we should particularly looks at? Want to be about 20 mins max from Winchester itself and in a nice village with an active community; pubs, butchers, cafe, etc., picturesque ideally!
I won't know anyone so any recommendations on clubs to make friends would be great (WI, yoga, book club, wine club, run club, etc...). Or of there is a Mumsnet meet up group?!
