SennaF1 · 22/01/2007 21:52

lulamama,
Just go to the section at the top left hand side called Boards and work your way down, it's so simple chic. There's the Coffeehouse that everyone goes into for a chat, just tell them you know Mandy H - I'm a regular lol

will do ! i have kept the same nickname for that too...do you know anything about advertising on there?

SennaF1 · 22/01/2007 21:59

lulamama, I think that they've got an advertising section, but I never go into it hun, seriously have a look as I promise that you'll be addicted in no time lol. They have a meet-a-mum section, buying and selling board too, as I said, the coffeehouse is where all the action is

hi donbean - so it looks like people are up for 10 feb - anyone any suggestions for meeting place?
i tried netmums last night and found it difficult to navigate so will probably stick to mumsnet from now on!! (too lazy although in my defence i am v v busy!!!!!!!)
so back to the matter in hand .....venue suggestions please........

SennaF1 · 23/01/2007 18:58

mummymic,
Netmums is so easy to get around once you've used it a couple of times and it has to be the best mum and baby site out there. I would love to try and make it on the 10th of february, but I finish on friday the 9th for a weeks holiday at work and I maybe be going to visit my mum on the saturday for a few days as she lives in London. I could try and meet up with you mummymic this saturday if you would like to? I don't drive which drives me absolutely mad so maybe somewhere central lol, let me know what you think?

lulumama are yo ustill up for meeting on 10 feb? you made a suggestion for kidsplay in southport - as nothing else has been suggested should we meet there? i am happy to come over there - what time?

SennaF1 · 27/01/2007 10:54

Mummymic, I'm so very sorry for not being in contact, please forgive me. My computer has been playing up for the last few days and my hubby has had to change all my settings etc. I've also been very busy at work. My e-mail address is: [email protected] as it's easier to contact me on my e-mail address
Once again, I'm really sorry for not getting in contact and I would really like to meet up

Next saturday I meet a couple of mums at The Phantom Winger, Garstang Road, Fulwood (just off the motorway) between 12pm and 12:30pm in the restaurant/bar area for lunch and a cuppa, next door they have a Wacky Warehouse so if anybody fancies that, please let me know. I also find it difficult getting around as I don't drive (it's such a pain)
