Any one in Italy?

I know this is a bit of a long shot but I live in Venice and badly need to meet up with any English speaking mums to help keep me sane (maybe too late, ask DH!) I keep meeting Australian nannies who are great but always leave after a few months. Does any else live here permanently?

i think collision is in italy but not sure exactly whereabouts ...

my mum lives in umbria, so not exactly local to you and she's a granny anyway!

collision is "30 mins from Siena". HTH!

And Webmum is from Umbria - but living here so that doesn't help much!

Been here a year an a half and I have no idea how long we'll stay. DH and I work for the United Nations and our last posting was 3 months to Copenhagen and we stayed 7 1/2 years!! Poor DS isn't too sure of his nationality!! I'm British and DH is Brazlian, DS born in Denmark and we all live in Italy!!

albert, wish I lived in Venice, I was there in April showing it to my dd (age 7) for her first time. Whereabouts in Venice do you live?
