Do I want to Move to Sunbury?

Hello all Sunbury dwellers! Am seeking a new abode and am wondering if Sunbury could be an option? Currently living in West London but it is just so expensive! I want a nice 3 bedroom house in a decent area near amenities/park and the holy grail - a good school! For under £400k, pref below £350k. Is this just a Christmas-crazed mirage or do you think it would be possible? Is Sunbury a good place to live in and bring up children? Am also wondering about Hersham/Walton. As you may have gathered I know v little about these places!

Rumours are that Walton is up and coming and house prices are increasing there. They are redoing the shopping centre so Walton may be worth look at if you want your house price to increase quickly

have you had a look at Hampton/Hampton Hill?
nice area, nice schools, you should find a 3 bed house at that price too.

how old are your children? Are you looking at primary or secondary schools?
