sadly not this week, cas, as I work 5 days a week. But, being a teacher, I don't work many weeks in a year, so I have a holiday coming up soon. What about the week after next?

cas73 · 18/05/2004 22:26

I'll be away 4-7 June, but apart from that, all other days are more or less free!!!

what about the Wednesday? Will be in Wimbledon at some point that day. Upstairs in Books etc.?

cas73 · 19/05/2004 08:22

I'd prefer mon, tue, or thu, but if you are in wimb on wed only, I guess I can work things out. (I have my postnatal course on wed 10.30, so I'll have to see what time it finishes, go home and pick up dd1 - don't think my mil will want to babysit all day!!!)

Pamina,
Could you do a bit later? I think reallistically (spelling?) the earliest I could do is 11am. They both eat at around 10.

Oh, just saw this - will see how ds is over the weekend (as he is horribly moody at the moment!) But sounds like a plan. Will check in over the weekend.

Hello, Cas73 and all,

Cas73, I'm pregnant with number two. Due early September. I work part-time at the moment.

Well if you can meet most days, how about a Tues or Thurs (pm would be great for us). Don't mind where. Otherwise I'll fit in with whatever I can when not working. D x

cas73 · 21/05/2004 15:45

Dinny,
How about Tue around 4pm? or is it too late?
Haven't been to many places around, usually end up in Center Court. Any suggestions?

I really have to change my nickname. I hate "cas73"! It sounds like something from startrek!!! I just didn't think of anything better at the time... Any suggestions anyone?

Cas73, how about Wimbledon Park? Are you near there? If we do coffee I won't be able to sit down and drink it as dd will run rampage, pulling all books off shelf.

Are there any other nice playgrounds anyone knows of round Wimbledon?

cas73 · 23/05/2004 17:19

Dinny,

Never done it, but seems like quite a trek for me with a double buggy (dd1 is 18 months and dd2 12 weeks). I'm near south park gardens - we can either go there around lunch time and have sort of a picnic (no swings though...) or, there's a play area with a few swings and slides near haydons road station (at garfield road). What do you think? any of these good?

How old is dd?

Hello, Cas73, didn't realise you had an older sprog too! You are brave with your age gap! How's it going?

I know the playground at Garfield Road. Could meet there. This Tuesday may be difficult as we have to got to sign our contracts for exchange (selling house). The week after we are away. Is 8th June OK?

ps DD is just two.

Bouj · 24/05/2004 08:13

Afraid I can't make coffee today, ds will certainly be asleep at 11.00am. But I'd love to meet up - I am always at Wimbledon Park, so let me know if you go!! Oh, and Pamina, I still have your things!! Let me know and I can meet up with you.
