There are several around, just keep this thread bumped. I am a N London mum but only until the 22nd of dec when we are off to Surrey so can't help I'm afraid.

mustrunmorenakedthroughthesnow · 13/12/2006 11:30

I'm here too
ds1 is 3, starting nursery in January, ds2 is 10 months.

twelvedaysofchristmas · 13/12/2006 11:33

I'll be in N London from early next year, and on maternity leave from start April. I'm working boring long hours at the moment, but once I'm off, would love to meet some other mums. I'll keep an eye out for further meet ups at the start of next year. x

I would love to meet some mothers and babies around here. (N8 - Crouch End). We just moved back to the UK after 4 years in the US. All my "mummy friends" are in Chicago and it's hard to find new ones. Where do you all live? I have a 10 month old son.

I'll be near you when I move Lucy. I'm going to Muswell Hill in Jan. I'll post when I go off on maternity leave at end March. (Sorry can't help right now!)

poshgirlformerlymaggiesmama · 14/12/2006 15:15

hey. i'm inbetween crouch end and highgate. always up for making new friends (just moved into the area. well, in june, but it feels pretty recent) - though my dd is 3.5, so a bit older, but i like having a good mix of ages. pre-school finishes this week, so i'll be kicking around all next week...

lucyweber · 14/12/2006 16:54

Despite my complaints of not knowing anyone, it seems I am busy with friends until Christmas. Of course, these are friends visiting London so I would still love to meet some local mums. I will try to set something up after Christmas - early January. Check back then - unless someone has some other suggestions

Thanks for replying

Lucy :-)

Hello again

Now that Christmas and New Year are behind us, is there anyone in the Crouch End area (or close) who would like to meet up for lunch over the next week or so? There are several baby friendly locations here in Crouch End.

Lucy

qsack · 07/01/2007 20:46

hi
i live in n4 just round the corner from crouch end literally (my kids swim at park road pools). have ds 3o (we moved here in august) but might just wait till baby is born and i've got my head around life with three. i'll keep in touch with this thread or any other north london listed one's to see if anything gets arranged.

honeycookiebear · 08/01/2007 09:37

Hi Lucy, I live just off hornsey road about 15 mins from crouch end. I have dd 18mths and need some local mummy friends as most of my friends dont have children. Can meet for lunch later this week or next? Take care, Claire

lucyweber · 09/01/2007 20:41

Hello Claire

We could meet you on Friday (12th) for lunch/coffee around 12.30. I don't know what the protocol is for exchanging phone numbers on websites like this. If you know then let me know!

Hello everyone,

I've just joined up. I am 34 and mum to a 7 month old baby boy. I live in East Finchley, but know Crouch end very well too. I'm hoping to meet up with other mums in the area, particularly as I have just made a last minute decision not to go back to work for amother 12 months or so.

I see I've just missed your meeting last week. Do let me know if you have made any more plans to meet up again as I would love to join you (I'm also going to start a new thread).

Look forward to hearing from you,

Susan

lucyweber · 17/01/2007 21:13

Hello again!

Claire and I met up last week in Crouch End. If any of you are free next week - say Wednesday lunchtime, let me know and we can try again

Lucy,

I would really like to join you (thanks for the message on the other thread). Let me know time and place - I can be pretty flexible, so pick whatever suits and I'll see you there.

Susan

Let's try Costa Coffee again - on Wednesday at 12.30. Post a message to let me now if you can make it

Hope to see some of you there

Debrobtom · 18/01/2007 21:59

Hi
Susan I live in East Finchley as well. Do you fancy meeting up and going to Crouch End together next Wednesday? I have a four and a half month old boy. Speak soon and have a good weekend.
Debbie

susanh · 19/01/2007 11:28

For Debrobtom,

Good idea, let's meet up and go together next Wednesday. Why don't you e-mail me and then we can exchange phone numbers/addresses etc. My e-mail is:

Look forward to hearing from you,

Susan
