would be interested in meeting up at some point baldrick! will be in carlton just out of newmarket soon? don't know many there yet so would be nice to meet someone!

boobles · 08/05/2004 22:39

i'm also up for meeting up, I live near Bury St Edmunds, welcome to sleepy East Anglia, bacardiandcoke

libb · 08/05/2004 22:59

I might be interested at some point too - not sure when though as I am meant to be giving birth tomorrow . . . .

I'm in Suffolk too boobles, however Cambridge is easy enough to get to. I'll keep you posted!

boobles · 11/05/2004 22:47

best of luck libb! Whereabouts in Suffolk, perhaps we can arrange an easier meeting place when you feel like it.

libb · 27/05/2004 23:55

Sorry boobles, haven't spotted this in all our recent activities! (Baby now here) I hope you are well.

I live in Haverhill, (or Haverhole as it is lovingly known). Apparently it is quite blatant that I am not born and bred here! Whereabouts are you? It may be a little while before I am ready to get out and about but I would certainly be interested! adult contact is always a bonus!

Caribbeanqueen · 12/07/2004 01:00

Lavender1, sounds good to me. Anyone else?

libb · 12/07/2004 01:07

I would be interested too but it does depend on time and place etc. - can you believe DS is now 8 weeks old?!

Caribbeanqueen, I always meant to thank you for your kind message on his birth announcement thread - it was sweet and very much appreciated! good to know that mumsnetters are nearby!

Lavender1, hope you manage to sort out the rubbish that your "boss" is throwing at you - make sure you look after yourself before anything else - and I hope to see you all soon if you dont mind a tiddler coming along?!

libb · 12/07/2004 01:10

Cat82 is also close by with a tiddler at the same age as mine so will see if she is interested too - unless you both fancy a baby free night? will understand if that is your not your preference . . .

Caribbeanqueen · 12/07/2004 01:15

No problem libb. I don't mind little ones being there at all.
