what about going to manchester science museum instead of kk5 - i know its not stockport, but is easy to get to by public transport from all over. there's the toddlers play area and cafe on the top floor.

I could be a problem because i am on my own with the boys on a friday, DS1 at nursery in am and theres a group in afternoons. Will keep an eye on this though and go with the majority, if i can make it i can, if not then i can't!

right should be ok but only prob I might have is that DH is away that week so it depends if I can manage to swipe his tom tom..with out it I am not very good with directions...although I vaguely remember it is fairly straight forward ..mmmm put me down as a probably.

What about further afield, some of the cheshire lot, marthamoo (martha martha moo, where are you?! ), or anyone from yorkshire or is that too far? I was going to go to the Eureka meet up but I forgot all about it. I know there's been an Altrincham thread and a Preston thread recently too, but depends how far people want to travel.
