Anyone from the Lichfield area???

We may be relocating to Lichfield in the Spring next year. I grew up nearby but am very out of touch with the area - especially schools!

I have a 5 year old girl and a 9 month old boy.

Any tips or suggestions would be good as I'm hoping to have a look around the area during half term and firm up where we might want to live.

Any advice gratefully received

Bump for Stretchmarks as I think she is from that area.

Also you could look out for the Midlands meet ups, if you can make one or two of those before you move I am sure we could become a bit of a support network if you need it.

Only just seen this thread. I live in Alrewas just North of Lichfield. DS is only 3 and will be going to school in oour village. I don't know much about the primary schools in Lichfield but if you are planning ahead then King Edwards is a good sec school and the catchment extends out to areas such as Shenstone and Whittington.
