I live in Hindhead and have a 9 month old son. I did some research into local groups etc, but have yet to get to one. Think ds is just about old enough now that he is crawling.
There is a toddler group every friday at the methodist church hall in beacon hill where i sometimes go for babyclinic, but it is a bit, um, dire!

Tumbletots, Thursday Liphook 12.10 - 12.50. Non commital trial £5, then £25 for 5 sessions. Scouts and guides hall to left of the millenium hall. Or Godalming, 11.45 Mondays.
Happy Nappies, Leverton Hall, Wrecclesham, 01252 726154, £1.25 per child, Wednesdays 10-12am. Except bank holidays. Just turn up.
