Is there anyone in the Isle of Man? I have a gorgeous son of 16 months and live with my partner in Union Mills. very rarely have time to go to any mums and tots groups and when I do have the time I don't have the bottle!!! I am originally from Ireland and it was quite soon after I moved over that I got pregnant! which meant I couldn't get out to meet people. Also I'm quite young as I'm now 25 so most mums tend to be older than me and treat me like some silly schoolgirl who got herself knocked up!!!

Wow I thought there was only 1 mum on IOM!!!

I live in St Johns (really out in the sticks I know).

Am just 26 and have 2 DD's. Eldest 21 months, youngest 4 months.

I moved over here 2 years ago, 6 months pregnant, when I first had DD1 I found mums and tots really clique. I'm also not great at meeting people.

Now I'm never in, needs must I suppose. What sort of things have you tried?

Would be nice 2 chat 2 someone local

hey, wow I think I had given up hope of ever meeting another mum on the isle of man that didn't have her head up her back side!!!! Yeah I went to Jumping Jacks and everyone looked at you when you were the "new girl"! And I'm not the best around new people anyway. have just started working in Carrefour too and am enjoyin that as I get to socialise a bit. It doesn't seem like a job to be honest!!!
so where abouts are you from originally?
