Leeds

I have a 12 month old and will be moving to Leeds (LS27) in December (hopefully). I'll be job hunting & searching for childcare but would love to meet other mums, especially with similarly aged kids to go to the park, tropical world etc or just to hang out with at home. I have a few friends around the city but don't know anyone with kids

Where is LS25? We will live near the White Rose Centre when we move back.

I remember those early days so well. And, I miss them so much. I always wished my son would do something and feel like I wished away those precious moments. Once they start to do things, there's no stopping them! Enjoy your DS!

LS25 is Kippax which is about 15-20 mins from the white rose centre.
I know what you mean about wishing precious moments away I cant wait for him to start crawling but I love him being my little baby
If you are looking for childcare there is a newly qualified childminder just starting out in LS10 which is near you her name is Carly and she is on this site I will try and find her mumsnet name for you if you want

I live in LS27 also. I have 2 girls aged 5 months and nearly 4 years.

We're in Morley (or will be). I lived there before but pre-baby so I'm not familiar with kid-friendly activities! It looks like there are a few of us on the south side of Leeds
