Anyone in Spencers Wood?

Hi, I have a 14 month old son with my second on the way in December. Just wondering if there's anyone in Spencers Wood area who could recommend some local groups. I've never been to a baby/toddler group before and am starting to feel a bit guilty about it. I work three days a week and my son goes to nursery on a Monday so at least he gets to mix with other children that way but other than that he doesn't really at all. Must admit, I am a little nervous about going to these types of thing so could do with some encouragement! Many thanks.

there is at least one mner here living in the area, hopefully she might see this.

search for the reading threads - theres a few mners in surrounding areas.

can recommend a toddler group but you'd need to drive as its up by the University.

There is a toddler group on a Monday & Thursday at the village hall (next to Farriers Arms)
