There is another thread here

How old are your children? I live near you, but I work full time . I went to a few groups when I was on maternity leave and there always seemed to be a lot going on. If you've got tiny little ones, the Chatsworth Babtist church does a mother and baby group (up to 1) which is supposed to be very good. I didn't make it to that though.

Saw from your other post that you're in Dulwich. Some of the Dulwich area is covered by Gipsy Hill Surestart. They do loads of really good activities.

Hello,

I have just moved to Lee (SE12) and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendation for activities during the summer months? I have a 7 month old baby boy and both of us would love to meet other people.

Cheers,

Millie

6hrslabour - I used to live in east dulwich and there was a mother and baby group at the gp surgery so I socialised with a few of the mums outside of the group too. Baby Massage is good for meeting mums too (do you know the shop SnapDragon in Lordship Lane - they do baby massage upstairs).

I'm in Catford and always up for meeting up - have 2 boys - 3 and 1 - 3 year old is in preschool in the mornings (term time) but we're always up for an afternoon at Rascals or a park...
