I missed the Macclesfield one 2 years ago. I live quite close to you Cleaninglady . I might be able to come depending on when and where!

cleaninglady · 23/07/2006 09:13

giving some thought to when (not where yet as dont really know many places) that makes me sound a bit sad doesn't it?!
anyway - can anyone showing an interest just post and say whether they prefer with LO's or without and also day/eve?

I personally struggle with evenings and weekends as dh is a singing teacher this is when he works. I tend to prefer daytime things with the children (though dd is starting school in Sept.)

Apparently there is a really lovely park in Congleton, I've not been to Crewe or Nantwich so don;t know what there is there, also Sandbach.

I am away a lot in August, we are off for a long weekend next week, then I am working all week 7th - 11th Aug, then going on holiday after that from 17th onwards.

just a suggestion but maybe towards end of august or first week of september before schools go back as i know some people get a bit fed up during school holidays (not me of course i love it )
and if we find a park or something could take children and picnic ?
will hold on for a another week or so to see if anyone else wants to come and then decide on venue unless anyone suggests otherwise

julienetmum - when are you back from holiday and when does your dd start school? mine starts 6th september so should have a few days before that?

Dd starts school the first Wednesday in Sept, (is that 5th or 6th)

I'm not sure the exact date we are coming back off holiday (parent's caravan) but we are going for about a week so back at the end of August.

Am off tonight too , back Tuesday.

cleaninglady · 26/07/2006 19:35

okay can anyone do either friday 1st september or monday 4th september just as a first option...

OP posts:
aaronsmummy · 27/07/2006 07:44

I can't do either sorry as we have a long weekend away just before the start of term.

cleaninglady · 27/07/2006 15:56

was thinking this might be a bit close to start of school - maybe we should wait till schools back and do it during school time further into september?
