Is there anyone in the St Albans, Welwyn, Hertford area out there?

There are few vof us from St Albans ( and local area) - Hi!

Hi alibubbles, new to site so do excuse, what are meet ups like and do you really get along with each other. I mean apart from being mothers what about other common interests, backgrounds etc, do you just chat here and get to know a bit or what??? :)

I have been to two, they are all very nice people.There hasnb't been one in St Albans yet,- Barnet, Watford, Bricket Wood to my knowledge

I am a bit different - I am not a mum of little children, my children are grown up, DD 20 is at Uni in Paris and DS 19 is a ski instructor in Canada, but I get my fix of little ones as I am a childminder and have been for 20 years. I love what I do, I put a lot into it and am proud of my setting.

I deliver Nursery education to 3 & 4 year olds at home, run a creche for Asian Women who are attending further education of various sorts as a community contribution, do a bit of social services childminding, and ruan a guide company.

I'll happily meet up during the day in a park if you wish, are you new to St Albans too? What age/sex are your children?
