im currently trying to lurk on the Brighton threads so someone come to their rescue lol

pmsl! im soo glad im not the only one.

where abouts are you em? i actually live in Langly green but i spend my life at my parents in Bewbush.....so have spent most of today arguing with the council about the travellers who have now moved onto to the playing fields at the back of the house grr bloody travellersAngry

my son has special needs so i have to drop him off at 8:45 collect him at 12, drop him back at 1 and then collect again at 3:15. i also have to colelct my brother and sister from school at 3 as well so i feel rather like a bus service most of the time lol

have you lived in Crawley for a long time? im very new to the area, so are my parents so i dont know where anything is....hence me being freindless. im fom london originally and everything is very different here than at home and everyone seems to be all cliquey.

I have lurked on the west sussex thread for a while but they all seem very far away and already know each other so its brill you gopt back to me.
the Brighton lot seem great but its a long way to go for a coffee morning lol

wow you do a heavy school run i will not moan about mine ever again lol

we are in three bridges and i know what you mean about the clicicky ones i think i have been to every play group over the last 5 weeks and have found some really nice ones where there not clicky you are more than welcome to come if you have a spare hour between school runs.

what are the council doing about the travellers i thought they were finding them a permanant site.

we have been her about 8 yrs but i worked full time i gave my job up about 5 weeks ago hence trying all the playgroups out im so much happier now though everything has slotted into place and i am sure it will for you.

god my bloody knees are killing me today im really paranoid about falling out the back door again ouch!!!!

take care

em x p.s whats your name?

fattiemumma · 21/06/2006 23:07

My name is Michelle.

Well thankfully the travellers have now moved on...all but one caravan has gone. I think the proposed site for the travellers was in Pound
Hill but it had such strong opposition (and after seeing the mess they have left i can understand why) the council have scrapped the idea.

Is three bridges where tesco's is? my local geography is pants.

The school run is a nightmare because DS has SN so the whole unstructured play durng lunctime is just too much for him at the moment so i bring him home. he is gettig a little better and he now eats his lunch at school and i bring him home foir the play time part....its a pain in the bum but its better than him being kept in a classroom for lunch...this way he doesnt know he is missing anything.

What did you do before being a fully qualified SAHM?

look out for back doors, hope to chat with you soon.

Michelle

gods my life is getting like eastenders all this excitment what ever next.
