sorry. on coast above aldeburgh, opposite southwold. 40 mins up A12 from ipswich... my boys are older though... 9 and 7. not many suffolk mners i think...

Yes, Diss is half way between norwich and Ipswich on the A140.

Mummy - I don't think are huge amounts of MNers in East Anglia but there are a handful around if you look hard enough.

ProfYaffle - I am a 'yocal' yes, doesn't mean I have to like it. I've just moved to Eye which is far nicer... Still work in Diss though. I'm 24 weeks on Wednesday and getting ever so excited about it :)

Yeah - in some ways it still is. I like Diss, actual market hill etc, just the traffic on victoria road, well, its a bit naff x

About to get worse with the new Morrison's roundabout roadworks as well.

I normally walk everywhere in Diss and use a back route to get out to Norwich etc when I do drive so traffic not really a problem for me.

I like Eye, sad that Desi House is no longer, but too small to live in for me.
