Scottish New Year Meet Up

There seemed to be quite a few people who couldn't make the Christmas date but there was some talk of a January meet. This could be in Edinburgh or Glasgow or somewhere else.

I know there are at least one or two interested in this but anyone else?

If I'm around, then I don't mind going across to Embra - actually quite like the train journey.

Oh blimey, 11th Feb is the only date I can't do as is my friend's 40th! Surely we can find one that everyone can do? Feb 25th?

Unfortunately I now can't make the 11th, but I can do the 18th or the 25th. If everyone is settled on the 11th that's cool though.

I'm afraid I won't be able to do the 24th - I had completely forgotten that that's the day I have a table at a local craft fair, hoping to sell some more of the scented candles and beaded/embroidered hearts I made for the Christmas one. I can't do the 11th either - I'm going to a felted hearts workshop at McHatties in West Kilbride.

Sorry I've been really crap and abandoned this thread. Haven't been mnetting at all recently. Right it looks that we are not going to get a date in feb when everyone can go. (Although obviously we may never have a date when everyone can go).

March? Or is this getting ridiculous? So far I could do any date in March. Can I have some views about this and I promise I'll come back and sort it out. Then I think we should settle on something by next weekend at the latest.

I've just remembered I probably can't do 16th/17th March. Fridays are kind of out for me because of childcare issues.

Let's just back up a bit here though - who can/can't do the 25th Feb? Should we just stick to that on the basis that very unlikely we'll find a date suitable for everyone?
