Epping mums?

I recently moved to Epping and not yet met any local mums! Does anyone know of any groups to join?
Also I need some info on playgroups for my one year old,if any one can help on that...

I've just moved to Epping also, well last year! Don't know anyone, moved here from Stanmore in Middx. Just had a little bubba who is 2 weeks old, and also have a 13 yr old. Looking to meet some local mums and join some groups :)

Hi, I'm from chigwell and there is a lovely nursery rhyme group in loughton called hey diddle which is held every Tuesday at st Mary's church on the high road. It's really fun and the lady who runs it (sue) is fab. It's only 45 mins long, a fiver and there are some great cafes for coffee after! My 19mo ds enjoys it.

Hi, I'm in Epping and have a one-week-old and a two-year-old. We used to go to a lot of groups through the Sure Start centre but they don't seem to have so much on now. I'm keen to get out and about again now, as is my toddler who is probably fed up with being stuck at home...
