I am a new mom and new to London. Are there any mother and baby groups out there?

Hi - welcome to mumsnet and the world of mothering. Think you'll do much better with responses if you post something more specific about the part of London you live in. It's a big place, and people are more likely to respond if they see their area mentioned....good luck.
