I'm looking to speak to a mum who feels her own phone use may have had an impact on her child's development - and who now wishes she'd put her phone down more when they were younger.
Perhaps you were often scrolling, checking social media, answering messages or simply spending more time on your phone than you realised, while your child was trying to get your attention.
And now, if your child has experienced speech delays or other developmental difficulties, you may have found yourself wondering whether your phone use played a part - and feeling guilty or blaming yourself for not setting firmer boundaries around screen time.
This is not about judging parents - we all use our phones, and parenting advice around screen time can be confusing. I'm looking for someone who is willing to speak honestly about their experience and the feelings that have come with it.
