Media request: London parents affected by pavement parking

BBC London would like to hear from parents in London about their experiences of pavement parking, including whether cars parked on pavements have made it difficult to get around with a pram or buggy.

They are especially interested in hearing from parents of twins or children close in age who use a wider or double buggy.

Lauren, might be worth doing something to tackle electric bikes and scooters being dumped on the pavement. This can be a nightmare for the blind and visually impaired, who can trip / injure themselves.

Please Lauren, can you sort out the trees 🙏 Everywhere I walk they appear in front of me, who allowed such things to grow in the middle of a public footpath? Disagraceful. Leaves in my hair, tripping on the roots…. And don’t even get me started on the bird poo on the car.

Completely agree! I hope something is done about this.
