Tofu scramble, I batch book 3-4 portions at once and I serve with fried mushrooms and avocado
firm tofu, onion powder, powdered garlic, S&P, nutritional yeast, turmeric + water / milk
Mexican beef with beans - serve with lime and avocado + optional fried egg on top
Lean mince, oxo cube / soy sauce, onions, mushrooms, cajun seasoning, water, black beans & fresh coriander
