Stood on the scales this morning and I was 10st 12lbs. My target weight is 10st but really I’m low carbing to ensure I get protein and fat in my diet as currently I just live on carbs (bad carbs!)
so far today I’ve had:
Breakfast: 150g Greek yogurt with 8 blueberries
lunch: Salmon fillet fried with cabbage, spinach and mushrooms.
I think dinner will be chilli from the recipe thread
