Low-carb diets

Stood on the scales this morning and I was 10st 12lbs. My target weight is 10st but really I’m low carbing to ensure I get protein and fat in my diet as currently I just live on carbs (bad carbs!)

so far today I’ve had:

Breakfast: 150g Greek yogurt with 8 blueberries
lunch: Salmon fillet fried with cabbage, spinach and mushrooms.

I think dinner will be chilli from the recipe thread

I swear by 2-4 pouched eggs daily as part of a low carb high protein eating plan. They are the number one super food by a country mile,

I hope you're getting on okay with low carbing and it's working well for you.

Just wanted to say that you'd be better off with strawberries or raspberries in your yoghurt because they're lower carb than blueberries.

But you have to weight that up against Blueberries been the best antioxidants going???

It might reduce how strongly you get into ketosis if you're eating too many of them but yeah, I suppose it depends on your goals.

I agree that they have got lots of health benefits.

You could try some electrolytes. That might help.

Keto flu is horrible but once you're through it, you should feel really good.
