I’m doing keto but some days it’s more low carb. Under 30g per day of net carbs- calories between 1300-1600 per day
almost 3 weeks in and I’ve only seen my hips reduce by 1 inch- nothing else and no shift on scales.
been working so hard when should I expect to see results?
