I'm 15 week post partum and slightly under my pre pregnancy weight but need to lose 40/50 pounds by next August . I have a very fussy baby who won't sleep in her buggy has to be a contact nap so until I can get out for long walks and please god back to the gym next year I'm starting keto as I've had success with it before and also love that my I'm not hungry on it , anyone want to join ?
