When did you start to see results if you're post menopause?

I'm not measuring but probably under 100g a day (don't want to keto) - not watching fat, on statins (no lectures please, doing this to get blood sugar down first).

I know two family members who lost a lot of weight on low carb, post menopause. They were having less than 100g a day though. Probably more like 50g.

Why not join us on the low carb bootcamp thread? We started almost two weeks ago so we are about to move onto the bootcamp lite phase which is not so strict.
