Not weighing

Am I the only person doing keto without weighing at all? I do not know what my starting weight is and I do not have a goal weight either.

I am simply going to keep to keto 100% strict, and just judge from my body that it is working. For example how much easier it becomes to touch my toes, and that my waistbands and bras start to feel looser.

So, am I the only person who has ever done this?

I think quite a few people do this but on various types of diets not just keto.

Some folk just like to judge it by their clothes size etc.

I guess the danger is that you might lose too fast especially if you are also not weighing food to get a reasonable amount of calories, especially at the beginning.

I low carb now rather than keto as I lost too much weight and got ill, I also weigh regularly too make sure I'm gaining or at least maintaining. I'm tall so the half stone below minimum bmi to being on the lowest bmi doesn't really show much on my body.

Good luck with it all 😊

I only weigh to track body fat and skeletal muscle mass. I know the scales aren’t completely accurate but I can monitor the trends. I pay less attention to the overall weight.

im going to treat myself for a full body analysis mid year for accuracy.

targeting less than 25% body fat by the end of the year and at least 45% skeletal muscle mass. Currently 32% and 40% respectively 😔
