I'm going out to dinner here tomorrow night. What is the lowest carb dinner or are they all as bad as each other?!!!

I'd go for the steak or nduja chicken and don't have the chips, or the salad but ask for not that dressing and ask for full fat mayo or even just olive oil (wee bit of wine vinegar wouldn't do any harm).

If you are low caring rather than keto, then a small bit of sourdough or a few chips wouldn't do any harm for an occasion.

Burger and no bun in another option. I love lamb but hate mint so that wouldn't be for me.

In general just avoid pastry, bread, pasta, rice and chips or keep them to an absolute minimum.

I’ve found restaurants to be really helpful. I swap out chips for salad or extra veg. I did have one place that looked at me weirdly when I declined chips and various other potato forms. I eventually had to say I don’t eat potatoes.
As BBDC says, it depends how strict you are. I don’t worry if it is one meal out and I have a dressing I wouldn’t have at home.
