As part of my plan to get the last 10lbs off by Christmas I have bought Absolut vodka to replace wine in the evenings. My delivery has just come from Amazon Groceries and it has the security cap still in place 
. Does anyone have any top tips for removing it without causing myself an injury or should I accept the decision if the universe and give up alcohol completely?
