So I don't think I can do Keto and go without sugar so I probably won't be able to get into ketosis. Keto also sounds absolutely miserable to be honest , the whole am I on ketosis or have I knocked myself out of it by eating a freddo bar etc. It's just not for me.
I definitely think I could do low carb though.
Have you lost weight through doing low carb and not keto? If so, how many net grams of carbs a day and can you still have chocolate or alcohol? (within your net grams obvs)
