Hi I'm hoping to start a calorie deficit. I think I have worked out my daily calories I have used the TDEE calculator then minus 500 from that. Just wondering if anyone has any advice and tips while on it. I've heard to try and eat high protein meals to keep me full for longer. But any advice would be great thank you!
