sorry OP, it doesn't look right.
800kcal a day?? thats way too little, you should't go under your basic metabolic rate.

You need to add more fat, as main calories it should be from fat.
your ratio carbs to fat and protein is also not right
Try to aim

80-85% of fat
15-20% of protein
5% of carbs of your daily calories

Also sea food sticks are not really keto as there is sugar in igredients.
and the most imporatnt thing when doing Keto is the suplementation of vit D3, magnesium.

You need a lot more fat, less protein, and there needs to be some low carb veg in there too - lettuce isn’t enough. It’s way too low calorie too.

Download carb manager app. It's free. Count your carbs (20g a day or less for keto). It will also count your cals.
800 cals is too low if you want to have a sustainable plan. Initially concentrate on the carb count then factor in the cals.

Where's your veg?? I eat a tonne of green leafy veg with each meal. Also peanuts are not the best choice, almonds would be better.
More fat- cook some buttered spinach as a side, dollop of mayo etc

Those carb counts look wrong - how can ham be 11g carbs?!

biwi, you would be suprised how much carbs ham can have.

But I googled that ham it shoud be around 6g of carbs overall.
so yes OP carbs count is off

Why is it 6g though? I've searched on Sainsbury's website and even breaded or honey roast ham is less than 2g carbs per 100g! What did you Google to get that carb count?

OP said that she had the whole container, which is 300g.

so Op's ham had 1.8carbs per 100g. (1.8 x3)
I rouded off for easier maths

Ah right - with you! Should have read it more closely!

Ditch the milk in your coffee for a tablespoon of cream.

You need more leafy veg - spinach as a salad base will also boost your protein intake. Have with some cucumber and a spoon of flavoured olive oil.

800 cals is way too low and your body will try to hang on to every calorie if you're not eating enough; depending on your height and activity level you're more likely to start losing at 1500-1600.
