Hello, I have been advised to do a low carb, high protein/fat diet to help with improving my migraine threshold. I feel a bit out of my depth as someone who has always tried (unsuccessfully) to stick to a low fat diet. I'm not really sure where to start. I wondered if anyone had any recommendations of websites or books they could suggest?
I don't have a massive amount of time to cook and often eat breakfast/lunch on the go! What sort of things do you have for quick breakfast/lunches? Thank you
