How do I start ?

I have cereal for breakfast, sandwich and crisps for lunch, and pasta/rice/potatoes for tea.
I know I need to drop the carbs, but I crave them if I don’t have them. Where do I start ?

Have you tried slimming world? Carbs such as pasta, rice and potatoes are allowed on the plan and can be really good for satiating your appetite. I eat all of those things, just not huge amounts and have lost 20lbs doing slimming world.

I don’t believe in cutting out a whole food group - it’s just not necessary.

Come and join us on the Low Carb Bootcamp! We're only just in week 3 so it's fine to just jump in.

Oh, and @Yeahrightthen on a low carb diet you don't cut out a whole food group. You cut down - but still include veg, salad and (some) fruit.

Funny how people never use this criticism for those on a low fat diet - where 0% fat products are encouraged!
