I am giving low carbs a go and trying to spot where I failed before. This is what I plan to eat today and was similar to my diet yesterday and I ended up giving in and eating a couple of chocolate digestives at bedtime. Third day this has happened.

The meals I had were tasty and filling. Will the cravings for carbs go away at some point?

You need to stick it out for several days completely ignoring the cravings. They won't just disappear after one day.

Each time you give in, you reset that.

I'd try lowering your carb allowance even further too and maybe using an app like chronometer.

Thanks. Need to exercise a little more willpower!

The carbs are higher than I have seen recommended but are mainly from vegetables. I'm not used to thinking of vegetables as problematic and fat as good. Needs a bit of a thinking reset.

It's really tricky to start with but once your cravings go it's amazing!
